Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed on weekdays only
• Confirm payment before 12 pm, order will be processed on the same day
• Confirm payment after 12 pm, order will be processed on the next working day
• Order confirmation on Sunday and public holiday will be processed by the next working day
• There is no shipping on Sunday and public holiday

• Delivery to Jakarta will take about 2-5 days for regular service and 1-2 days for express service
• Delivery to outside Jakarta will take about 2-5 days depending on the destination cities and 1-2 days for express service
