SHIPPING GUIDE
Shipping Information
Chocochips ship nationwide and worldwide.
- Delivery to Jakarta will take about 2-5 days for regular service and 1-2 days for express service.
- Delivery to outside Jakarta will take about 2-7 days depending on the destination cities and 1-2 days for express service. Please note not all of the cities have express shipping service
- International shipping will takes 7-20 days depending on the country
- Delay might occur during public holiday
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on weekdays only. If payment confirmation made before 12 pm, order will be processed on the same day. If payment confirmation made after 12 pm, order will be processed on the next working day. There is no shipping on Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. Customers will received the email once the orders has been sent.
Shipping Methods
We use following courier service :
1. Domestic
We ship nationwide to all cities in Indonesia.
We use Sicepat (www.sicepat.com) for Regular and Express Service.
2. International
We use EMS POS INDONESIA (ems.posindonesia.co.id) for international shipping
Shipping Fee
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Our rates are based on JNE and EMS official websites. Customers will be charged shipping fee based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.
If you want extra protection for your package, we deliver insurance option for you. You can tick the insurance box after picking the shipping options you desired. You can keep the box unticked and not giving extra protection to your package, but please keep in mind that any loses happened to your package will not be the delivery agent responsibility, not ours.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
We don't take responsibility and guarantee all goods will be received in time even customers use the express shipping. Since we use third party courier service, some problems might be occur such as incomplete address, traffic shipment etc. To deal with the delay problem, customer can contact their customer service.
Customer's order only will be processed once we received invoice full amount transfer (including shipping fees). Please note that we are unable to process the order if problem occurred regarding the payment.
We don't responsible in risk of loss the packages after the packages has been picked up by courier service.
We don't responsible if courier can't deliver the packages due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
However, If there is any problem regarding to these issue, we will be glad to help you.
Free shipping will be given if there are any mistaken on orders.
No orders can be canceled after shipped.
Different Shipping Address
If you have another delivery address beside of your member address, you may add additional delivery address once after you submit checkout. You can also add by click adddresses at your account.
