EXCHANGES POLICY

If the product purchased did not match to your size, we are gladly to help you.

Kindly please read carefully the terms and conditions below.

 

PRODUCT(S) THAT CAN BE EXCHANGED

1.  Product with size

Product with sizes is exchangeable with the same item in a bigger or smaller size.

If the same product is not available, you can change to other available colors.

However, if all colors and sizes are not available, it will be exchanged to a different product.

 

2.  Defective products / incorrect product received

We apologize if we have sent you a wrong/defective product.

Defective product will be exchanged to the same product.

Incorrect product will be exchanged to the correct product.

If the product is not available, it will be exchanged to other available colors or size.

 

If another size or colors are not available, it will be exchanged to store credit.

Store credits will be issued in a voucher code, which can be used to online purchase of products only and are not applicable on shipping fee.

Store credits can be used in one transaction only and any balance credit will not be refunded in cash or credits.

Please kindly note that we do not provide cash refund for any conditions.

 

 

PRODUCT THAT CAN'T BE EXCHANGED :

1.  Product in FREE SIZE / ALL SIZE

2.  Sale products

3.  Special promotion or discounted products

3.  Do not like the product

4.  Defect after been worn/tried

 

 

TERMS

1.  Maximum of 3 (three) working days after receiving the product

2.  Product in its original condition, material does not deform, odorless, etc.

3.  Haven’t been worn

4.  Unwashed (haven’t been soaked)

5.  Tag still intact and label in undamaged condition

6.  Exchange product can only be done 1 (one) time per invoice

 

 

FEES

1.    Size Exchange

* JABODETABEK Area : Free shipping to customer

* Outside JABODETABEK Area : Will be charged on customer (put inside the package)

2.    Defective products / incorrect product received.

We will provide free shipping to our warehouse and back to customer.

 

 

HOW

1.  Contact us by choose one of these following contacts :

* Email return@chocochips.co.id , subject : “TUKAR”

2.  Use this format :

* Name

* Order ID

* Date of product received

* Product to be exchanged

* Reason

* Replaced product

* Attach photos of label & tag still intact on the product

* For defect products: Attach photo of the defective part

3.  Please wait a reply (enquiry by email max 2 (two) working days)

4.  Send your product with the exchanged form printout (find it inside the package) within 2 working days. The address will be given after we has confirmed. Please put in the shipping fee inside the package.

5.  Please let us know after the package has been sent out.

6.  If more than 5 days, we did not receive your package yet, we reserve the right to cancel your exchange.

7.  The replaced product will be processed within 3 working days after we received and checked the product.

 

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR EXCHAGE IF :

1.    The product we received did not match the terms and conditions

2.    The product are deliberately defected

3.    We received the product without any confirmation and did not follow the exchanged process as mentioned above.

For the circumstances, we may have to send the product back to customer and shipping fee will be charged to customer.

 

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

1.   Product that bought at our webstore cannot be exchanged in our offline store. 

2.   We advise that all products are hand washed, separate with another color, not soaked and not bleach. We do not guarantee that the products will not be deformed (color runs, size shrinks, etc) after washed or soaked. And if this happens, we do not take a responsibility and we will not accept any exchanges or returns

3.   All products measurements stated are in approximate numbers and may vary 1-2 centimeters as products are mass produced. The color shown maybe different with the original products because of the settings of the display screen. In such circumstances, it will not be considered as a defect and we will not accept any exchanges or returns.

4.   For printed products, the placement of prints will be differ and may vary for every piece due to cut of the fabrics.  In such circumstances, it will not be considered as a defect and we will not accept any exchanges or returns.

5.   For light colored products, there may be slight small black dots which are not obvious. As this does not change the overall appearance of the item, it will not be considered a defect.

6.   Products with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
