Product that can be exchanged :

• Product with size (can be exchanged with another size)
• Defective product / incorrect product received

Product that can’t be exchanged :

• Product in Free size / All size
• SALE product
• Special promotion or discounted product
• Do not like the product
• Defect after been worn/tried

Terms :

• Maximum 3 (three) working days after received
• Product must be in its original conditions
• Tag and label still intact

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed on weekdays only
• Confirm payment before 12 pm, order will be processed on the same day
• Confirm payment after 12 pm, order will be processed on the next working day
• Order confirmation on Sunday and public holiday will be processed by the next working day
• There is no shipping on Sunday and public holiday
• Customer will received the email notification once the order has been sent 
• Customer will received the tracking number on the day after

Shipping Information 

• Delivery to Jakarta will take about 2-5 days for regular service and 1-2 days for express service
• Delivery to outside Jakarta will take about 2-5 days depending on the destination cities and 1-2 days for express service
• International shipping will takes 7-20 days depending on the country
• Delay might occur during public holiday
